Guillem Broggi Samaranch

Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2000). Master’s in Business Law from Pompeu Fabra University (2001).
He began his career as a lawyer at Acordia ACR in 2001, specialising in corporate commercial law and tax matters. In 2004 he joined the tax area of the law firm Iberforo, working mainly in advising companies in the real estate and industrial sectors.
In 2005 he moved to KPMG Abogados, to the corporate tax and family business department, where he specialised in advising industrial companies, both multinational and family-owned, as well as in tax procedure, also taking part in major restructuring transactions.
At the end of 2007, he rejoined the tax department of Acordia ACR, where he is responsible for general tax advice to companies and individuals, tax planning in restructuring transactions and tax procedure, among other matters.
In 2015 he became a partner of the company.
