Elena Moreno Duran

Law degree from the UB (1993). Postgraduate degree in Urban Planning Management from the UAB (2003), Master’s in Conflict Mediation (ICAB 2013). Registered member no. 23.572 of the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona and member of its Governing Board (2009-2013) and Acting Secretary of the Corporation. Head of Legal Advice, Regulations and Mediation (2011). Non-judicial member of the Provincial Electoral Board of Barcelona (2007-2016).
She began her professional career in 1995 with the lawyer Eduard Sòria Badia, later joining the law firm Rabionet i Associats, to practise in Administrative Law, after training in Commercial and Civil Law.
In 2000 she joined the firm Villena Associats, where she completed her training as an administrative law specialist, collaborating in the external legal defence of Barcelona City Council.
In October 2001 she joined the international firm Deloitte & Touche, as a Consultant in the Urban Planning and Real Estate Law Department, and consolidated her experience in this field alongside the Head of Department and Partner of the firm, Carlos Pardo Yuste.
In September 2005 she rejoined the firm Villena Associats as a partner of the UTE Villena/Moreno/Tubau/Perea, for the advice and legal defence of Badalona City Council in administrative-litigation and criminal matters (2005-2008) and the UTE Villena/Moreno/Tubau/Bellera (2009-2012), for the advice and legal defence of Badalona City Council in administrative-litigation, criminal and employment matters, as head of litigation for the service and taking on the legal management of administrative-litigation matters.
She also acts as external counsel to the Department of the Presidency of the Government of Catalonia in administrative-litigation matters, under a collaboration arrangement and by express appointment.
In May 2012 she joined Acordia ACR, as a partner of the Public Law Department of the Firm
