César Querol Pérez

Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1995). Registered member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona (1995).
He began his career as a lawyer at the firm Sola Abogados in 1992, specialising in criminal and civil procedural law.
In 2003 he joined Acordia ACR, as head of the Litigation Department, taking responsibility for all the firm’s court matters.
He has extensive experience as a litigator in all kinds of court proceedings, having taken part in major trials for corporate offences and civil matters, among others, although his main area of specialisation is insolvency proceedings.
